Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to learn about recruitment processes and support our efforts in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms and methods to identify and attract potential candidates for non-IT roles.

Screening Resumes: Review and assess resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment reports and tracking key metrics.

Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Familiarity with social media and job boards is a plus.
