Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Non-IT Recruiter - Freshers to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for talent and a passion for recruiting skilled professionals across various non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for non-IT roles.

Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and experience required for specific non-IT roles.

Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position and organization.

Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process by coordinating with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from offer to acceptance.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and support as needed.

Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven improvements.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and advice on talent acquisition strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on non-IT roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new recruitment challenges.
