Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting and Advertising:

Assist in creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract candidates for non-technical positions.

Resume Screening:

Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates for roles in areas such as administration, marketing, sales, and finance.

Candidate Engagement:

Contact candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination:

Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates for non-IT roles.

Database Management:

Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.

Collaboration:

Work with the recruitment team and hiring managers to align candidate profiles with job requirements.

Onboarding Assistance:

Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.

Recruitment Reporting:

Assist in generating recruitment reports to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
