Non IT Recruiter - Entry Level

Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter (Entry Level) to join our recruitment team. This position is ideal for recent graduates passionate about talent acquisition and eager to support the recruitment of candidates for non-IT roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other channels to source qualified candidates for non-IT positions.

Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.

Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Market Research: Stay updated on non-IT hiring trends and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as candidate pipeline and time-to-fill.

Qualifications:

Graduates ONLY (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Familiarity with MS Office and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
