Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Non-IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in recruitment and contribute to various hiring processes across non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

• Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates for non-IT positions.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.

• Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and job market conditions to provide insights that enhance recruitment strategies.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing recruitment-related events and initiatives to improve the candidate experience and promote the company's brand.

• Reporting: Generate basic recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to support overall hiring efforts and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
