Chi Tiết Công Việc
- Địa điểm làm việc: Nhà hàng WooMaster - Lê Quý Đôn, Quận 3;
- Kiểm tra nguyên liệu vào đầu ca và vệ sinh vào cuối ca;
- Sơ chế rau củ, tẩm ướp nguyên liệu, nấu sốt, xử lý thịt, ...;
- Thực hiện các món ăn theo Công thức và Quy trình chế biến của Nhà hàng, đảm bảo đúng hương vị và đạt chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm;
- Kiểm tra món và hoàn thiện trang trí trước khi ra món;
- Giữ gìn vệ sinh và bảo quản các máy móc thiết bị, công cụ dụng cụ trong bếp;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.
- Đủ 18 tuổi trở lên;
- Ứng viên cần có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các Nhà hàng chuyên về Bếp Âu (Ưu tiên chuyên về các Steak);
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Golden Gate để nhanh chóng nắm bắt quy trình và hệ thống;
- Có thể làm khoảng 8h / ngày và 6 ngày / tuần. Khi làm ca tối thì có thể làm việc đến hơn 23h (Thường ca tối sẽ từ 15h - hơn 23h);
- Sức khỏe bình thường, đủ khả năng làm việc trong bếp;
- Thái độ tích cực, cầu tiến, không ngại khó khăn;
- Tinh thần đồng đội tốt, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Mức lương thưởng cạnh tranh, lên đến 9 triệu / tháng (Chưa tính thưởng doanh thu, tiền tips, ....);
- Thưởng lương tháng 13, Thưởng Doanh Thu, Thưởng theo kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh vào cuối năm, .....;
- Tham gia đầy đủ chế độ Bảo hiểm theo quy định khi ký hợp đồng chính thức;
- Môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, dung hòa nhiều màu sắc và cá tính khác nhau;
- Công việc có tính kế thừa cao, gắn bó lâu dài, nhiều cơ hội phát triển & thăng tiến nội bộ;
