Apply to join us for Data Forward: Exploring Early Careers Opportunities, an exclusive networking event taking place November 24 in our Ahmedabad office. This event is designed specifically for students and recent graduates in India who are curious about how data powers decision-making at S&P Global and want to explore early career pathways in data-driven roles.

Data is the foundation of everything we do at S&P Global. At this event, you’ll discover how our global teams collect, manage, and analyse vast datasets to provide the insights that drive critical decisions across markets, industries, and economies.

You will also hear directly from senior leaders, recruiters, and early-career professionals as they share insights about working in our data organization. Discover what it takes to succeed and learn from their experiences. You’ll also get a first look at our apprenticeship, and graduate opportunities.

This three-hour event will feature:

• Insights: Presentations from senior data leaders sharing how data enables innovation and value creation at S&P Global.
• Panel Q&A: Graduate and early-career professionals sharing their journeys and how they’ve grown their careers within data functions at S&P Global.
• Interactive Case Study: Attendees will collaborate in small groups to apply data analysis techniques to a real-world business scenario. You will explore data relevant to our work, identify trends, and uncover insights – gaining hands-on experience in analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Recruiter Spotlight: An overview of upcoming intern, apprenticeship, and graduate opportunities in data roles, with guidance on the application process.

Attendance Requirements

• We’re looking for fresh graduates from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches with a Finance specialization (Bachelor’s/Master’s). With a preference for candidates who are interested in AI, with relevant work experience or a demonstrated interest in data.
• You have a strong academic record, and can show evidence of problem-solving ability and curiosity about data-driven roles.
