Sales Business Growth
- Develop & implement a national sales strategy aligned with market trends.
- Identify & appoint channel partners, distributors & dealers across India.
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets while expanding market reach.
- Now Products marketing
- Proof of Concept for now products.
- Should have strong network & contacts within the safety industry i.e. with safety managers of different industries and dealers.
- Load, motivate & manage regional sales teams across India.
- Strengthen customer relationships & ensure long-term
- Regular meetings with key accounts & dealer network.
- Objectively monitor the performance of each team member
- Utilize MS Excel & CRM tools for sales forecasting, reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting from the team.
- Extensive travel across India for client visits, dealer visits & industry events.
- Minimum 15 days per month.
