National Lead - Partnership & Alliances

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate Team leader who will be responsible for Partnership engagement across multiple lines of business to drive digital usage and committed business funnel. Candidate will be responsible for leading discussions & executing various initiatives ranging from business engagement, nudges, identifying drop offs, rewards, service, driving sales channel, etc. He/she should be a great team manager with strong knack for execution rigor and stakeholder management.

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Asset usage
•  Planning for increase in top of the funnel customer acquisition
•  Driving campaigns through app
•  Leading and coordinating with data, risk & support teams to build segmented solutions
•  Building multi-channel strategy/ trigger events for targeting/re-targeting the customer segments
•  Driving Rewards & Nudge based events for acquisition, service & collections
•  Work closely with Business channel owners to maximize user take up rate on the platform
•  Tracking funnel efficiency and Identifying gaps & issues for fixes
•  Co-ordinate for A/B testing on the App to drive the user experience and enhance business output
•  Stakeholder Management:
•  Business Engagement - Focus on identifying key stakeholders, process understanding, Target setting & engagement framework
•  Rigorous tracking and preparation of management MIS to provide outcomes on key areas
  
  
  

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  Graduate / Post-graduate from Tier 1 college
•  8+ years of experience in sales channel engagement and driving digital funnels (BFSI preferred)
•  Experience in team handling and stake holder management
•  Experience in handling large volumes of data
•  Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
•  Basic knowledge of SQL
