- Installing and commissioning new equipment
- Providing technical support to clients and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities for service contracts and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate records of all service activities and equipment maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Proven experience in servicing electrical and mechanical equipment
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the Gujarat region as needed
- Valid driver’s license
