Responsibilities:
- Understanding the procedural logic and performing the duties accordingly
- Discuss and explain the errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Working on MS Excel and other tech tools/platforms and analyzing the data, evaluating the actuals with the standards, and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.
- Compile and analyze statistical data and prepare MIS/Reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.
- Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks.
- Proven Experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Good MS-Excel Skills, Computer & Internet knowledge.
- Accuracy in Data Handling.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL Queries
- Attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Who possesses an eye for detail and fact-finding
