Manage and maintain the company's information systems related to diesel generator sets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to gather and update data.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem resolution.
- Prepare and present frequent reports on generator performance, maintenance schedules, and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the MIS.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data collection and reporting.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of the MIS.
- Proven experience in an MIS role.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
