- Provide medical services to HCW employees, their families, and others in accordance with company policy.
- Deliver emergency and critical care services 24/7.
- Conduct pre-employment examinations and annual medical check-ups as required by law.
- Lead initiatives to promote health awareness, prevent diseases, and provide training on First Aid and CPR as needed.
- Routine OPD and patient care, clinical laboratory, waste disposal, hospital administration.
- Preventive Health Care: Awareness on health promotion, disease prevention, and initiatives as per the wellness calendar, including diagnostic camps and immunization.
- Statutory Requirements: Pre-employment examinations, annual medical check-ups, First Aid training and services, and bio-medical waste management.
- Curative Care: Free consultation camps, liaison with external doctors and professionals, emergency procedures, and critical and emergency care.
- Maternal and Child Health: Maternal health care and child health services.
