Job Responsibilities :

# Collect and interpret intelligence

• Collect competitive intelligence requirements (key Intelligence Topics) in close cooperation with the overall corporate strategy & planning, the Businesses and the relevant functions.
• Inputs for the development and ongoing updating of long-term petrochemicals industry intelligence through the systematic capture and analysis of critical business information from both publicly available secondary sources as well as primary research and effectively communicate implications & issues to RIL management.
  
  
  

# Commodity analysis

• Investigate, monitor, analyze and forecast global market & Price drivers and trends.
• Develop a long-term perspective on major demand-side and supply-side trends across the petrochemicals industry.
• Work in close collaboration (ongoing dialogue) with Business, in sharing information & analyses to ensure usage of consistent information
  
  
  

# Policy analysis

• Understand the policy issues and policy formation in domestic and global scenarios and proactively enhance RILs interest.
  
  
  

# Economic analysis

• Understand long-term end-consumer trends, emerging applications, technologies, and consumption patterns.
  
  
  

# Financial Analysis

• Financial analysis of selected listed downstream petrochemical industry for understanding margins and profitability.
  
  
  

Education Requirement :

B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering + MBA / PG in Economics

Experience Requirement :

4 to 7 years of relevant experience
