Your Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Lead the conceptualization and design of high-quality visual assets for a wide range of branding and marketing materials, including key visuals for events, print collaterals, digital collaterals and multimedia assets.
• Translate briefs from different departments into engaging visual solutions that fall within the brand's guidelines while effectively communicating the messages.
  
  

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team; manage agency partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with business units, sales, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging
• Coordinate with regional and divisional marketing functions to leverage best practices and shared assets.
  
  

Budgeting & Performance Management

• Define and manage the country marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and strategic priorities
  
  

Align with global / regional KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management
• 10 to 15 years
