MERN Stack Developer

Job Description

We’re hiring a MERN Stack Developer to join our Lithium team at Grazitti Interactive. In this full-stack role, you’ll design and develop modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

Key Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in React and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong Git version control and branching experience.
• Ability to write modular, reusable, and testable code.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear understanding of performance optimization techniques.
• Good communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Exposure to Salesforce and online community platforms (Khoros, Vanilla, HigherLogic, Gainsight) is a plus.
• Experience in product-based environments is an advantage.
  
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX into functional software.
• Implement responsive front-end components and scalable back-end services.
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools as needed.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and peer feedback.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and documentation.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications.
• Adhere to internal QMS and ISMS processes for quality and security compliance.
