We’re hiring a MERN Stack Developer to join our Lithium team at Grazitti Interactive. In this full-stack role, you’ll design and develop modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

Key Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in React and Node.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Strong Git version control and branching experience.
- Ability to write modular, reusable, and testable code.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear understanding of performance optimization techniques.
- Good communication skills for direct client interaction.
- Exposure to Salesforce and online community platforms (Khoros, Vanilla, HigherLogic, Gainsight) is a plus.
- Experience in product-based environments is an advantage.
- Build full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI/UX into functional software.
- Implement responsive front-end components and scalable back-end services.
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools as needed.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and peer feedback.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and documentation.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications.
- Adhere to internal QMS and ISMS processes for quality and security compliance.
