MERN Stack Developer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript, and capable of handling both frontend and backend development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code in TypeScript for both frontend and backend.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs and services.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
• Design and manage databases, including schema design and performance optimization using MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Ensure application security and data protection best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.
• Proficient in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (both frontend and backend).
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, and version control best practices.
• Understanding of deployment processes and working knowledge of Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
