Media Preparation Executive

You will be part of a Sports Operations team, which analyse sport broadcasts and social media. Data is collated to provide an in-depth insight into sponsorship exposure, this is achieved by using advanced image recognition technology and a team of analysts. This data then forms a valuable part of YouGov Sports reports to our global clients. The team provides support to teams in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and APAC.

Alongside other departments, you will be part of a wider Operations team which strives to produce accurate results every time and supports the rest of the company in delivering innovative and robust research solutions.

• Scheduling and preparing recordings using our in-house recording setup.
• Sourcing and downloading videos from client websites and servers.
• Preparing video and recording footage using our bespoke software read for brand exposure analysis. On occasion this will have to be done live.
• Liaising with International colleagues to ensure their footage requirements are met
  
  

Shift Timings - Rotational Night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am / 9.30 pm to 6.30 am / 3.30 am to 12.30 pm)

Week Offs - Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What do you need to bring?

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Very keen eye for detail, works accurately.
• Self-motivated – able to work to deadlines and meet targets; good time management.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Be a team player, ability to fit in with colleagues from all backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
