Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Functional Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SAP functional modules, business process optimization, and team leadership. This role requires strong expertise in SAP modules (Any 1) such as FI/CO, EWM along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Functional Leadership :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules based on business needs.
• Manage the integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for SAP processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  
  

Business Process Optimization

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using SAP functionalities.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the SAP landscape.
  
  

Project Management & Implementation

• Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for SAP projects.
• Work closely with SAP technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  
  

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as a bridge between business users and SAP technical teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members.
  
  

SAP Support & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure system stability, performance, and ongoing enhancements post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP modules.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Cross-functional/Module knowledge is a must.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with expertise in at least one core module (FI/CO, EWM).
• Proven track record in SAP implementation, upgrades, and support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP upgrade and migration.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as SD, PP, FI, WM, etc.).
