Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketing Trainee/ Intern to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced marketers, gain valuable skills, and contribute to real projects that support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content on various social media platforms; monitor engagement and report on key metrics.
• Content Creation: Support in creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, and website, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate on SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization; assist in improving site visibility and search rankings.
• Email Marketing: Help draft, design, and send email campaigns; segment audiences and track campaign performance to improve future communications.
• Digital Advertising: Assist in setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads); analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success and generate insights; prepare regular reports for internal review.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or current student/recent graduate).
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools: Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing software is a plus.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating in a team environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Interest in data-driven marketing and using analytics to optimize strategies.
