Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Execution: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with AssistNow’s business objectives, targeting decision-makers in Workday, AI, and digital transformation markets.
- Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, whitepapers, email campaigns, case studies, and presentations, showcasing our expertise in cloud solutions and technology consulting.
- Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and targeted outreach, optimizing conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Project & Campaign Coordination: Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Market & Competitive Research: Conduct in-depth research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities, providing insights to refine our marketing approach.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Brand Awareness & Digital Presence: Strengthen AssistNow’s brand presence through website updates, social media management, and innovative branding initiatives.
- Event Marketing & Webinars: Plan, promote, and execute virtual events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives that engage our B2B audience.
- Sales Enablement: Develop marketing collateral, sales decks, and product positioning materials to support the sales team in winning new business.
- B2B marketing experience is a must (preferably in technology, SaaS, ERP, AI, or digital transformation sectors).
- Proven track record in demand generation, lead acquisition, and brand building in a B2B environment.
- Strong content creation skills, with experience in writing blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and campaign messaging.
- Ability to strategize, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives with measurable impact.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, SEO, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
