Team Overview

Join our Marketing & Communications team, where we support EquiLend’s growth through data-driven marketing campaigns and technology-led engagement strategies. We are looking for a team member based in Bengaluru or Chandigarh to help power the technical side of our demand generation and growth marketing efforts.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and RevOps to manage key marketing platforms, support campaign execution, and maintain our public website. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience across marketing technology and campaign operations to take the next step in their career at a leading global fintech company.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our WordPress-based website, ensuring pages are current, formatted correctly, and free of technical issues.
• Support backend site changes, general maintenance and troubleshoot website issues in coordination with internal stakeholders or external vendors.
• Own the day-to-day setup and management of marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Own and maintain all segmented lists (static and dynamic) within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Own the creation, routing, optimization and maintenance of all Pardot lead generation forms on the website and landing pages.
• Build landing pages in WordPress and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), format e-blasts and create web forms tied to lead generation activities.
• Implement automation workflows tied to email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Work with the Salesforce admin to support tracking across the lead funnel and assist in aligning campaign data with sales pipeline outcomes.
• Maintain lead scoring, routing, tagging and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI to support performance visibility for pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, campaign ROI, etc.
• Implement and own attribution modeling and campaign performance analysis.
• Manage marketing calendars, project timelines and campaign trackersAssist with the integration and upkeep of the broader marketing tech stack, ensuring data flows and tools are correctly configured.
• Provide technical support to the wider marketing team.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including editing pages and backend maintenance.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScriptA background in working within a marketing, demand generation, or sales function in a technical support capacity.
• Basic experience with marketing analytics and building dashboards in Salesforce or Power BI preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working across teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Open to learning new tools and systems as the marketing tech stack evolves.
