Position Summary:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the marketing team by coordinating and executing various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient marketing processes. This role collaborates with multiple teams, managing marketing tools and assisting with data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

 Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring all operational aspects are aligned.

 Tool Management: Help manage marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

 Data Entry and Management: Maintain marketing databases by entering and updating customer and lead information, ensuring data integrity.

 Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to the marketing team.

 Process Coordination: Coordinate marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and support team objectives.

 Event Coordination: Assist with logistics and coordination for marketing events.

 Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related role.

 Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  
  

 Certifications: Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce or Eloqua is a plus.
