Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring all operational aspects are aligned.
• Tool Management: Help manage marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Data Entry and Management: Maintain marketing databases by entering and updating customer and lead information, ensuring data integrity.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular reports on marketing performance metrics, providing insights to the marketing team.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and support team objectives.
• Event Coordination: Assist with logistics and coordination for marketing events.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Basic understanding of marketing principles and CRM systems.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Certifications: Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce or Eloqua is a
