Key Responsibilities

• Business generation & client acquisition:
• Generate leads through field visits, market surveys, networking, and promotional activities.
• Conduct client meetings, product/solution presentations, and demonstrations.
• Convert leads into business by driving sales closures in coordination with the sales team.
• Identify new market opportunities and client segments.
• Field marketing activities:
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Visit target areas, commercial complexes, corporate hubs, and industry zones to promote company services.
• Distribute marketing materials, coordinate branding activities, and manage vendor interactions.

Collect on-field insights regarding industry trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies.

Share actionable reports with management to support decision-making and strategy planning.

• Branding & awareness
• Execute brand visibility plans including offline campaigns, banners, standees, and outreach programs.
• Ensure consistent brand representation during all field activities and client interactions.
• Customer relationship management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Address queries, escalate issues, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Take regular feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Coordination & reporting:
• Work closely with the sales, operations, design, and management teams for campaign execution.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly field reports, lead reports, and activity updates.
• Track ROI of campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Documentation & compliance:
• Maintain proper documentation of all leads, campaigns, and field activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of client data and company information.
