About The Role
We’re launching a highly personalized AI-driven wellness platform for women and are looking for a Growth Marketer to lead our Content, Social, Community & Performance Marketing strategies.
If you’re a hands-on marketer who loves to experiment, create, and grow, this role offers the chance to shape a brand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder, and your ideas will have an immediate impact. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity for equity in a fast-growing FemTech startup.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Brand Storytelling
Write and publish blogs, product descriptions, website copy, and social posts.
Translate our brand vision into relatable, inspiring content for women.
Design basic creatives using Canva/Figma for campaigns and social media.
Social Media Marketing & Engagement
Manage daily posting on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Build organic engagement through reels, lives, challenges, and partnerships.
Nurture a strong community of women around wellness and holistic living.
Growth Marketing (Organic + Paid)
Drive traffic through SEO, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
Set up and test small-scale paid ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google).
Optimize landing pages and funnels for conversions.
Customer Retention & Loyalty
Build and run email campaigns/newsletters with wellness tips & offers.
Create referral, loyalty, and upsell campaigns.
Analyze data to improve retention and repeat purchases.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs: customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention rates, and email performance.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics etc to gather insights and drive decisions.
Tools & Skills
Content: Blog writing, copywriting, Canva/Figma basics.
Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (organic + ads).
Email Marketing: Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp.
SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, SEO tools.
Growth Hacking: Scrappy, experimental mindset with focus on results.
Experience in E-Commerce health/wellness/FemTech niches
What We’re Looking For
3+ yrs experience in general marketing roles (startup/e-commerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with social media, SEO, and email marketing. Strong content & storytelling ability (writing + visuals).
Comfortable running small-scale ad campaigns
Passion for women’s health, wellness
Analytical, creative, and scrappy — willing to try, test, and learn.
