Marketing Coordinator – New Property Onboarding

About Moustache:
Moustache is a rapidly expanding travel and stay brand with 24+ properties across India. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator – New Property Onboarding to oversee and execute all marketing installations required to launch new properties successfully. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on execution across multiple locations.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator – New Property Onboarding will be responsible for ensuring that every new Moustache property is set up with the right signage, branding materials, and room accessories in alignment with brand guidelines. This includes vendor management, budgeting, and on-ground coordination for timely and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Installations & Branding Setup
- Oversee the installation of signages, room branding, offline marketing materials, and in-room accessories for new properties.
- Ensure branding elements are consistent with Moustache’s identity and quality standards.
- Work closely with the Onboarding team to finalize branding placement across properties.
Vendor Management & Procurement
- Identify and onboard vendors for printing, fabrication, and branding material production.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and timelines to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with reliable vendors for long-term collaboration.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage budgets for marketing installations at each new property.
- Track expenses and ensure spending is within allocated limits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Site Visits & On-Ground Execution
- Travel extensively across locations to supervise installations, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and vendors to execute branding and marketing setups.
- Ensure all installations are completed before the property’s launch date.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Onboarding Head and AVP – Marketing to align execution with brand strategy.
- Provide weekly reports on project progress, vendor performance, and budget utilization.
- Document and maintain records of all branding and marketing installations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project Completion Rate: Ensure 100% completion of branding and marketing setup before the launch date.
- Budget Efficiency: Maintain expenses within the allocated budget with minimal overruns.
- Vendor Performance: Ensure on-time delivery and installation by vendors with minimal rework.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure 100% compliance with Moustache’s branding guidelines.
- Travel Readiness: Ability to execute projects across multiple locations without delays.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of experience in branding, vendor management, or property onboarding.
- Strong understanding of branding materials, signage installation, and offline marketing.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across locations for on-site execution.
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and problem-solve on the go.
- Strong coordination skills with both internal teams and external partners.
