About Us:

CirrOps is a forward-thinking company specializing in Managed Services and Cloud/DevOps Consulting. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:
  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand presence across all platforms.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and manage all social media channels for the company and its founders.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts to drive engagement and growth.
  1. Agency and Content Coordination:
  • Manage communication with external content creation and advertising agencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including CRM operations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for results.
  • Be creative in planning campaigns, email templates, and social media content.
  1. LinkedIn Marketing Expertise:
  • Utilize LinkedIn for marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Proficient in tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
  1. Client Communication and Lead Management:
  • Handle initial client communication and lead qualification calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Work on leads, follow-ups, and conversions to drive business growth.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with existing customers to explore new business opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Content and Website Management:
  • Manage and update website content and marketing materials.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Plan and design email templates for campaigns.
  • Write professional, impactful emails to engage prospects and clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must (spoken and written).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, including solid email writing skills.
  • Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, and business development.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps services is a significant advantage.
  • Creativity and attention to detail for campaign planning and social content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

 

Work Environment:

  • Preferred work location: Surat Office.
  • Hybrid work arrangements can be discussed.
