Marketing Analyst (Associate/Analyst/Senior)-1

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our pricing team with data transformation, analysis, and automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel expertise—including macro development—and will play a critical role in ensuring data consistency, building smart data models, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with sales and regional stakeholders.

Deal Analyst – Global Pricing Center of Excellence Key business partner in terms of providing pricing recommendations and consultative support to Sales. The person should be comfortable in a truly multinational environment, working with different cultures and all the levels in organization. Good people skills uld have good exposure to commercial aspects of business, RFP & contract management, process management/ transformation, developing analytical solutions to business problems, reporting, MIS, creating business case/ presentations for executive management.

What Your Main Responsibilities Are

Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights for pricing and business decisions.

• Transform and manage data efficiently using advanced Excel functionalities (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
• Design and develop in-house Excel-based tools and macros to automate recurring tasks and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and regional teams to understand pricing requirements and deliver timely, data-driven support.
• Identify, audit, and resolve inconsistencies in datasets by building smart, scalable models and validation checks.
• Develop process improvements that enhance data quality and reduce manual efforts.
• Document data workflows, macro functions, and audit trails for transparency and knowledge sharing.
