Job Purpose

Overall responsible for O&M VIL cell sites, Day to day operation and manage critical situations to achieve RNA,

Ensures reliability and efficiency of Core Site Operation (MSC and VTH).

Ensuring % reduction in infra outage /Critical/P1 outages through

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Hands on Experience in O&M of power infra of Cell sites and MSC /VTH locations.
• Very Good knowledge of LT/HT Panels, HVAC/DC Systems/UPS/BB/FAS/DG /BMS etc. Should have experience in handling the large facility infrastructure. Can handle team of 20-25 people. Must have good communication and MS office Skill.
• Overall responsible for O&M VIL cell sites, Day to day operation and manage critical situations to achieve RNA,
• Ensures reliability and efficiency of Core Site Operation (MSC and VTH).
• Ensuring % reduction in infra outage /Critical/P1 outages through governance mechanisms
• To facilitate & ensure governance of all infra MS partners and AMC vendors by coordinating with different stakeholders & managing & tracking centrally.
• Ensuring Operational efficiencies by driving special cost optimization projects.
• Ensuring PM, Breakdown and Routine Checks as per corporate guideline.
• Ensure logs and monthly reports are maintained & recorded at site.
  
  
  

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of MTX infra setups, RAN/MW, Optical transport network.
• 5-7
• years of experience in O&M of RAN, MW and access transport domain including MTX operation.
  
  
  

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• B.E in Electronics and Communication.
• Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of RAN & Access Transport including MW
• Large infra setups (Power and Air conditioning setups) operation experience
