Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and drive various technology and process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Management function. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, automating processes, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage supply chain technology and automation projects with clear timelines, defined requirements, and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Technology integration and transformation.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes like Sourcing, Ordering, Logistics, Master Data Management to identify improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal user teams to gather requirements for new initiatives and operational enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) based on stakeholder inputs.
  • Generate accurate and insightful reports for senior management and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication for tech and SAP Developments.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, external vendors, and internal tech/non-tech teams to expedite development and resolve challenges.
  • Manage budgeting and provisioning activities for supply chain initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for spend analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing tech and process improvement projects within supply chain or operations.
  • Experience in driving SAP Tech Developments in concurrence with Stakeholder requirements and work with Internal IT teams for developments.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation (e.g., BRD- Business Requirement Documents) for IT teams/ Vendors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Powerapps , PowerQuery and Automation tools and driving the implementation in different processes.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams including IT and vendors.
  • Understanding of budgeting and provisioning processes.

  • Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with expertise in process optimization, and driving automation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating full ownership, accountability, and successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
