Your Role

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for optimized supply chain processes, exploration and experimentation with optimization / simulation software & analysis, enhancing end-to-end performance and efficiency.
• Explore emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into our supply chain strategy through cross-functional collaboration
• Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement, leveraging industry benchmarks, methodologies, and digital advancements.
• Lead supply chain workstreams for specific projects, including expansion, restructuring, reorganization, and strategy definition.
• Conceptualize and lead discrete improvement projects throughout the year, focusing on Customer Service, Service Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics, with a digital-centric approach
• Identify and implement opportunities for organizational development within the Supply Chain team.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in all operational supply chain areas (SP, CS and Logistics).
• Cross-functional expertise in all Supply Chain functions, including Demand Planning, Customer Service, Production & Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Execution.
• Proven experience in driving innovation initiatives and leading process design projects
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions for optimized supply chain processes.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills, with excellent planning and prioritization abilities
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
