Job Description
Position Title: Manager Supplier Quality Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 5 years to 10 Years Qualification: B.E in Electrical
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supplier Quality
o
Review of Manufacturing quality plans /testing procedures /Type test reports for various packages.
o
Visit suppliers for witnessing factory acceptance tests (Need basis)
o
Formalized and establish TPIA agency contracts for inspection to ensure timely inspections within optimum cost.
o
Visit suppliers for audits and qualification process
o
Coordinate and ensure suppliers performance evaluation.
o
Support and guide project supplier quality leads for implementation of product quality process and issue resolution
o
Conduct RCA for supplier quality issues and implement CAPA.
o
Visit site locations for conducting internal audits
o
Preparation of standard Manufacturing quality plan for key equipment’s.
o
Inspection coordination
o
Submission of monthly MIS
o
Coordinate and organize Kick off meetings with suppliers and clients for critical packages.
o
Organize and facilitate product trainings for team members
o
Support Product quality leads (Sites) for preparation and submission of Quality dossiers
Sensitivity: LNT Construction Internal Use
o
Attending product quality review meetings with SCM and project team members.
Technical Oversight
o
Must be aware of Renewable/EPC business functioning
o
Must be aware of supplier/subcontractor qualification process. Performance evaluation process
o
Knowledge of various international standards required for quality management system
o
Knowledge of various IECS /IEEE standards from business perspective
o
Experience in testing and Quality at Manufacturing plant level for transformers/inverters etc will be advantage
o
Knowledge of preparation of field quality plans /method statement /Project quality plans.
o
Must have executed international projects
