About This Role
We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR data reporting and analytics, particularly within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. The individual will be responsible for designing, creating, and modifying various types of reports and dashboards, including Table, Canvas, Story, and Dashboards, while ensuring alignment with business needs across geographies. The role demands a deep understanding of HR modules such as Time & Attendance, Employee Central, Talent & Succession, Performance Development, Recruitment, and Onboarding.

About This Role
We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in HR data reporting and analytics, particularly within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. The individual will be responsible for designing, creating, and modifying various types of reports and dashboards, including Table, Canvas, Story, and Dashboards, while ensuring alignment with business needs across geographies. The role demands a deep understanding of HR modules such as Time & Attendance, Employee Central, Talent & Succession, Performance Development, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver SuccessFactors reports and dashboards across global HR functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and prioritise delivery.
- Create Story dashboards and other report types using efficient and scalable methods.
- Work within Agile/Safe Agile frameworks to deliver reporting solutions in Program Increments.
- Build and maintain reports for Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Performance Development, and Annual HR cycles.
- Consolidate and process large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
- Support report scheduling and distribution using SuccessFactors tools.
- Partner with Solution Owners and Product Owners to map dashboard requirements effectively.
- A professional with 6+ years of HR Operations experience, including 3+ years in SuccessFactors Reporting.
- Proficient in SuccessFactors HR modules and reporting tools.
- Experienced in building dashboards using tools such as SuccessFactors Report Centre Story, Power BI, Power Apps, or Qlik Sense.
- Skilled in Excel for data consolidation and analysis.
- Familiar with SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense (preferred).
- Effective communicator with the ability to support global stakeholders and market users.
