Making an impact. What will you do?

  • In this role, you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Further, you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory and work closely with BU head to ensure BU targets are met.
  • Additionally, you will manage the key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and coordinate with plant / distribution / support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory and addressing customer complaints promptly thereby ensuring timely redressal is a part of your responsibility.
  • Furthermore, you will generate new large / strategic leads and work to convert the leads to business wins
  • Moreover, you are in charge for collecting and reporting market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

  • You have a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical /Metallurgy/Chemical) plus MBA preferred.
  • Further, you have three to six (3-6) years’ experience in welding/industrial products (such as power tools, abrasives, adhesives etc.) sales, business development and application sales.
