Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL-
- Ensure timely collection-
- Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business-
- Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.-
- Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales -
- Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. -
- Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.-Competitive Assessment:-
- The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.-
- Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report-
- Sales & Collect responsibility-
- Clearing day to day customer queries
- Qualifications : -Graduation-Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability-People & Relationship Management skills-Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skillb)Work Experience: -Graduation with 0 to 5 Years’ experience
