Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL-
• Ensure timely collection-
• Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business-
• Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.-
• Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales -
• Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. -
• Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.-Competitive Assessment:-
• The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.-
• Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report-
• Sales & Collect responsibility-
