Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body Wise, started in May 2021, is an online womens elective health platform, serving 1.5M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, PCOS, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Manager Nutraceutical Products to lead the development of new formulations, particularly in powder formats, premixes, and nutri-mixes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development, a strong understanding of FSSAI regulations, and the ability to drive projects from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• New Product Development: Formulate and develop innovative nutraceutical products, with a focus on powders, premixes, and nutri-mixes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with FSSAI regulations and other applicable quality standards.
• Ingredient Sourcing & Evaluation: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials and evaluate functional ingredients.
• Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for improved product stability, shelf-life, and sensory characteristics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, quality assurance, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, new ingredients, and scientific advancements in the nutraceutical industry.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, stability studies, and regulatory approvals.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in nutraceutical product formulation, particularly in powder-based products.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, labeling requirements, and food safety guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in product testing, sensory evaluation, and stability studies.
• Ability to troubleshoot formulation and production issues.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
