As the Manager - QA, you will be responsible for ensuring that our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy
- 7 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strategic Planning & execution of Quality Management System.
- Change Control
- Deviation
- CAPA
- GMP compliance
