Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of product solutions to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of MS SQL Server and Facets in client environments.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Payer domain-related projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product implementations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize product performance to meet client expectations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during product implementation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the sales team by providing technical insights and expertise during client engagements.
- Possess strong technical skills in MS SQL Server and Facets.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the Payer domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Show proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken.
- Have a proven track record of successful product implementations.
- Display strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
