Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily chemical production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, process controls, and productivity KPIs.
- Optimize raw material usage and minimize process waste.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain for seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, pollution control).
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of batch/continuous processes, DCS/SCADA systems, and compliance frameworks.
