GBS Manager – Marketing/ Consumer Insights
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Insights team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategies and deepening our understanding of consumer behaviors to fuel growth and innovation, and to deliver on the underlying analytics of KHC’s proprietary Brand Growth System (BGS). BGS is the systematic way in which KHC grows brands by identifying underlying consumer fundamentals, enabling strategic “where to play” choices, analyzing a brand’s performance along “how to win” levers – and identify opportunities to deliver on growth and profitability
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in consumer insights, marketing analytics, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Marketing Insights
Execute and deliver high quality outputs timely to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to derive actionable insights from voluminous quantitative and qualitative data/research
Provide day-to-day coaching to analysts on various aspects of projects, while also overseeing a workstream for 1-2 analysts
Gain proficiency in the key industry data sources KPIs along with developing expertise in analytical tools such as MS office/alteryx/tableau/power BI/etc
Gain proficiency in select functional areas (go-to-market strategy, brand strategy, revenue management, key account management and JVPs, brand etc.) delivered to brand teams across KHC’s global footprint
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product development, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consumer insights are integrated into all aspects of the business.
Data Management Ensure robust data collection, management, and analysis processes. Implement tools and systems to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
Reporting and Presentation Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Create compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights.
Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of marketing and consumer insights professionals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Requirements

- Own a complex workstream with support from supervisors (project leader/managers/senior manager)
- Support the broader insight/ marketing analytics/ brand teams in problem solving, hypothesis generation, research and insight generation and quality control
- Interpret, understand and break down brand acceleration plan requirements into actionable task items for the team.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or marketing analytics, with at least 3 years of exposure to management consulting and data analytics relating to market / business / consumer insights, preferably in a global MNC environment within Consumer Products / Retail industry domains.
- Experienced with delivering projects relating to brand strategy, revenue management, negotiations, pricing / promotions etc., relevant to the CP industry
- Proficient on the key data sources / metrics for CP industry and proficient on the analytical tools (alteryx/tableau/etc.)
- Expertise on 1 or more key sub-sectors within Consumable Products (CP) covering consumer preferences, trends, market and competitor landscape
- Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/presentations with senior stakeholders and client maps
- Experience in applying advanced analytics to a range of business situations & a proven ability to synthesize complex data to generate simple & clear insights
- Experienced within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Professional experience in analytical tools and techniques including / similar to Alteryx, Tableau,
- Proficient with Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with market research methodologies and tools.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
