The team you will be a part of

The Manufacturing Maintenance team plans, prioritizes and manages technical service activities to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that customer service agreements are fulfilled. Develops, evaluates and reviews technical service procedures and standards. Monitors the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards.

This Role In Summary

To ensure more than 99.5% up-time for on-line and more than 98% up-time for off-line machines on the production floor.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Equipment maintenance for machine uptime

Execute daily preventive measures to avoid any breakdowns during production

Analyze the root cause of breakdowns and planning the corrective actions for long term

Support the stores department through spare part management and availability assurance

Prepare the flowchart for machine installation, taking into consideration machine costing, analysis of spares usage and cost

Hold bi-annual discussion with team regarding forecasting of spare parts requirement, cash-flow and cost saving methods

WCM proficiency will be additional requirement

Hand -on experience in advance hydraulic & pneumatic & mechanical drives

Understands & vast experience in different types of maintenance types ,CM,PM,TBM,CBM ,etc Capable to handle minimum of 70 manpower including WC,BC & temps,etc

Maintain equipment/critical spare parts for Administration purposes (Conveyors,foaming,thermoforming ,sheet metal machines))

Develop and manage vendors to support Procurement team

Able to develop part localisation ,cost saving initiatives

Labour cost reduction through skill upgradation

• New projects
  
  

Provide technical support or modifications as per the need of Process and Projects, Tool-room and Production departments

Contribute in cost saving projects- planning and execution

WCM

Manages the performance to team and identifies their training and development needs

Pillar team for professional maintenance pillar

Guides and motivates team

Drive R&M cost optimization through localisation , life cycle extension , cost saving projects,etc o Safety

Keep awareness among operators regarding machine safety issues and manage concerns if any Aware of LOTO procedures ,Hot & Height & confined space optimization

• Legal & Statutory audits
  
  

Capable to handle IMS ( ISO & OHSAS) , compliances for Hot ,height ,confined spaces

• Environment, Health, Safety and Quality Issues
  
  

Inform the concerned authority and the reporting manager about any issues and concerns detected. Accountable for any complaints registered with self regarding the same, if any.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech/B.E. (Production/Mechanical)

AGE 32~40 Yrs

Reputed universities ,IIT,NIIT,Etc

• Preferred:Specialization/expertise in

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic systems and machine assembly parts
