As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
What does this role entail?
Our Transformation Consultants collaborate with clients and project teams in India to drive results on global engagements. They conduct analyses, develop insights, build Excel models, analyze large data sets, document current and future-state processes, prepare work plans, support project leads, engage directly with clients, facilitate decision-making meetings, and contribute to recommendations. Additionally, they participate in business development, thought leadership, and firm-building activities.
The consultants leverage deep sector knowledge and technical expertise to help financial services clients address strategic challenges and transform their businesses. Our work spans market entry, operating models, enterprise architecture, products & segments, data exchange, regulations, and platform strategy

- Strategy Development & Refresh: Develop or refresh strategies aligned with client objectives and market context to drive effective execution through strategic blueprints, playbooks, and alignment tools
- Strategy Enablement and Execution: Enable and execute strategies by ensuring resource readiness, stakeholder engagement, and optimized processes, supported by refreshed architecture and governance structures
- Project Management Office (PMO) & Business Analysis: Establish structured PMO frameworks and business analysis capabilities to ensure consistent delivery, risk management, and actionable translation of business needs across projects
Candidates should demonstrate working knowledge in any of the areas of finance, management accounting, reporting, treasury processes and / or knowledge in any sector

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
- Exposure to life and annuities transformation initiatives spanning product design, pricing, underwriting, policy administration, and claims — with an emphasis on strategic, enterprise-wide change
- Ability to shape and articulate business and technology strategies that improve new business acquisition, in-force management, persistency, and distribution effectiveness for life and annuities carriers
- Experience supporting or mobilizing cross-functional transformation programs — from modernizing new business and underwriting workflows to streamlining policy servicing and claims adjudication
- Involvement in platform modernization and vendor strategy for core life and annuity administration systems (PAS), digital illustration tools, and agent/consumer portals
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration — aligning carriers, reinsurers, distribution partners, and platform providers to accelerate speed-to-market and enhance the policyholder experience
- Demonstrated capability to translate strategic insights (e.g., mortality/morbidity trends, lapse rate analysis, embedded value impacts) into actionable roadmaps aligned with growth and profitability objectives
- Success contributing to multi-disciplinary teams, integrating business strategy with IT architecture and operational redesign under tight timelines
- Strong orientation toward measurable impact in life and annuities, balancing long-term embedded value growth with near-term expense efficiency and sales uplift

Eligibility criteria
- MBA from a premier B-School
- Minimum years of experience: 8 years
- Authorized to work in India
