Urgent Vacancy for Manager HR
Induction Joining Formalities:-
Induction programme for new employees.
Giving the HR Presentation and briefing about the Company Policys to the new
joinees .
Preparing Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter after discussed with HR Seniors.
Circulating the mail to all staff for new joiners information.
Sending Recruitment MIS reports to the HR Manager
Training Development:-
Conduct First Aid Training Program.
Conduct Workers Awareness Program for Buyers Govt. Dept Complaisance.
Conduct Fire Drill Training maintained records.
Personnel Admin:-
Maintaining Files Personal records of the employees.
Maintaining updating employee database.
Maintaining Monthly MIS i.e. Status of offer letters, Additions, Resignations.
Preparing Daily Attendance and Monthly attendance.
Assisting in generate salary sheet and knowledge of Full Final settlement.
Attending the queries/ Grievances related to HR dept.
Attendance Leave Management etc.
Deduction of PF ESI as per Govt. Rules.
ESIC Online of new joiners, temporary (TIC) biometric smart card
Online ESIC challan generation of approx. 700 employee
EPF Withdrawal, Transfer Advance (Loan) Forms grievances Govt. Bodies.
EPF employee grievances resolution
Wages Salary distribution.
Maintain all contractual formalities i.e PF, ESI, LWF, Bills records Others.
To ensure all time office function such as attendance, late coming, leave posting, over time etc.
Looking after day to day manpower, supply manpower as per the production schedule.
Responsible for entire Administration activities such as car Insurance Maintenance of Vehicles and others
Preparation the necessary documents related to social and statutory compliance (First Aid Training, Fire Fighting Training, Suggestion Grievance Register, Prevention of, Works Committee Register, Induction Training, Checking Yellow marking, Fire Extinguisher, and Sign Board.
Display in Notice board Various Abstracts like factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Act, Gratuity Act, List of Holidays, Health and safety Policy, Company Policy,etc.
To ensure good discipline in the organization.
Liaisoning:.
Liaising with govt. Departments like labour office, ESI, PF, HSIDC, Electricity telephone.
Experience: 6-10 Yrs
Location- Hosiery Complex , Noida Phase-2
