Tracking Network Uptime and running improvement Program to improve RNA. Improvement in critical network parameters to improve customer experience Ensure to keep Sites Outage >3 times in last 30 days: reduction by 50% of baseline Responsible for SDI reduction (<10-minute outage sites): Reduce by 50% of baseline Responsible along with ZTMs for ensuring reduction of repetitive TTs NSS of faulty materials on real time basis to reduce R&R TAT. Opex Saving Activities – ID to OD Conversion, Traffic shifting of Parallel Hops and removal of unused GSM / MW Antennas from Cell Sites. Infra Interlock and real time escalation to with IP for reduction of (SDI & FF & Responsible for ensuring the AT of all new sites. D-1 RFO Validation with ZTMs and other stakholders IP/Tx/Fiber Team

- 8-10 years of Telecom experience and Proficiency in understanding overall transport NW architecture and key cost drivers.
- Ability to manage in dynamic, high growth and highly uncertainty environments. Strategic mind bend and understanding of overall mobility and enterprise Network
- Sound understanding of Capex & Opex and budgetary skills to derive best out of NW at lowest possible cost.
- Leading all fiber design activities and provide technical expertise on all fiber planning & projects.
- Should employ a specific time management strategy to ensure closure of fiber projects on fixed time periods.
- Overall understanding of financial model to support new Fibre vertical. Also should have clear understanding of evolving Govt. policies related to ROW, so as to align the process for optimizing the cost.
- Strong Stakeholder management, Negotiation skills and Strategic mind set to make win-win alliance with TSP partners and IRU partners
- Should have B.tech/B.E
- 8-10 years of Telecom experience
