Reporting to Manufacturing Director-Ballabgarh with matrix reporting to AP Engineering, ensuring executing safety related actions and projects, Reliability of equipment's, meeting energy and bold goals, Keeping break down and cost in line or better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.

• Responsible for reliability of plant which includes Mechanical, Electrical , Electronics and Utility equipment's.
• Ensure all safety standards related as per GY standards.
• To ensure all statutory compliances falling in preview of engineering like Environment, BOCW,MCF, Building /expansion and FM global.
• Upkeeping of machines to make sure zero breakdown and process conformity.
• Handling expansion projects and make sure cost within approved cost.
• To drive Plant Optimization Reliability pillar as per guidelines.
• To coordinate with other department like Production, Quality, Safety and finance to drive the Plant KPI's.
• Enhance team capability building to make sure right succession in place.
• Make sure that all compliances related to Safety and Environment are working and meeting the regulatory requirement. Make sure no adverse notice/queries came from those authority.
• Spare parts management, ensure inventory as per requirement.
• Create bench of Indigenous suppliers in alignment with the global team to reduce the Import content and enhance local know how.
• Execution and achievement of Regional Bold Goal - Energy Saving
• Driving of safety aspect related to- Priority Projects
• Improving and Imparting required skills inline with business expectations to enhance over all efficiency of the Engineering Team including 3rd Party.
• To drive and implement the DEI project for Engineering Function.
• Obtain due statutory licenses for all functions from Govt.
