Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have strong SQL skills.
- Provide insights on customer conversion journeys – Create waterfall to track drop-offs at every stage of credit card journey.
- Responsible to create campaign segments using SQL to support digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with channel owners to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements using data.
- Track & evaluate performance of digital campaigns with insights and recommendations.
- Will be responsible to develop all new MIS and automated the same using store procedures.
- Create and develop automated MIS using SSIS and SSRS package.
- Good understanding of Credit Card life cycle and digital channels.
- Work closely with marketing and other stake holders to drive Credit Card campaigns
- Analyze data and create insightful Reports to help team track and optimize digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of Credit Card Pre-Acquisition Journey
- Have great presentation skills to articulate analytic findings to Senior Management
Required Qualifications and Experience
:
- Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and SAS
- Understanding of large and complex data sets.
- Must have knowledge of Credit cards/EMI Card
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
