Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and risks.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize sales performance.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes or deviations.
- Design pricing models and strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements to enhance margin performance.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value or strategic accounts.
- Prepare commercial forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
