Manager III, Campaign & Creative Management (L6 - English)

Hiring experienced manager to lead a large team that would manage advertiser accounts in EU, JP, AU, APAC and the Middle East.

Job Description

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, and offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices including Kindle and Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform. We are looking for an experienced Manager for our Campaign & Creative Management (CCM) team who are our advertiser’s “go-to” experts on Amazon Advertising’s policy, process, creative services and retail business.

Impact And Career Growth

  • Work cross-functionally with partner teams to increase advertiser satisfaction and growth for your business.
  • Help ramp-up team members to directly work with advertisers and manage client-facing communication
  • Manage a team of BLR CCMs who work directly with onshore CCMs and account team members in their locale to deliver advertiser services.
  • Manage large-scale Amazon Advertising programs to grow and improve the business while mentoring ICs to develop their skills
  • Balance innovation and customization for your business with driving global standards and best practices that scale across locales like EU, APAC and MENA.

The manager of this team will be expected to own their business and the needs of their customers in relation to campaign and creative management. Managers of BLR CCM teams develop direct relationships with stakeholders in onshore locales, and are skilled project and/or program managers, delivering quantifiable service improvements in line with customer needs. They develop and manage high performing teams with clear goals to ensure team success, and partner closely with onshore teams, sales, account management and design leadership to deliver results that matter to customers. Managers in this team have direct accountability for continuously improving customer satisfaction and efficiency of our teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business and team strategy for advertiser growth
  • Develop offshoring program roadmap and strategy
  • Build and manage high-performing teams while helping them ramp-up on offshoring assignments
  • Partner with stakeholders to remove barriers to team’s success
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize the advertiser experience

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience directly managing teams helping them drive greater process efficiencies
  • 3+ years in a strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands
  • Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
  • Proven track record of creating processes and improving tools that have measurably improved productivity, quality, or advertiser experience
  • Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional teams
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing digital advertising professionals, such as Campaign Managers, Creative Project Managers, or Account Managers is a positive
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred.
  • Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster, Salesforce.com
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally to drive partnerships and initiatives
  • Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
  • Experience managing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital advertising or search advertising or analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning
