Your activities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and trends across products, regions, and teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on sales performance gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales funnel and customer journey.
  • Support CRM optimization (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales process automation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
  • Forecasting & Planning:
  • Assist in sales forecasting and target setting using historical data and predictive models.
  • Monitor pipeline health and provide actionable insights to drive conversions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Track and analyze KPIs, sales incentive programs, and productivity metrics.
  • Support performance reviews with data insights for strategic planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
  • Act as a business partner to regional and global stakeholders to drive excellence initiatives.

Your profile

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R is a plus).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
